Course Highlights

The curriculum emphasizes the development and learning from practice and practical work, as well as being able to integrate both the knowledge of science and technology, kitchen arts, culture, and management. Graduates will be able to have the knowledge, skills, and culinary arts, management, and food service arrangements. They can be ethical and ethical food business entrepreneurs who are able to integrate and apply technology to produce safe, quality food according to national and international standards.

Portfolio

1. Applicants must have graduated from an educational institution accredited by the Ministry of Education.

– Applicants must have completed a general high school or equivalent, or

– Applicants must have completed a vocational certificate in a relevant subject.

2. Applicants must have exceptional talent and be presented in a Portfolio.

– Applicants must have attained a national or higher award in food or related fields, or/and

– Applicants must have obtained a certificate in food or related fields or/and

– Applicants must have outstanding experience in food or related fields.

3. Applicants must have a cumulative grade point average of 5 semesters not less than 2.00.

4. Applicants must not have a serious contagious disease or a disorder that interferes with the study such as Hepatitis A virus Anti-HAV IgM and tuberculosis, confirmed by a medical certificate.

5. Applicants must take an interview (in normal circumstances) where applicants will be considered for personality, attitude, and food-related performance.

Note: Applicants who have obtained a higher vocational certificate or equivalent or diploma can transfer their credits or courses according to the university’s regulations.

Admission

1. Applicants must have graduated from an educational institution accredited by the Ministry of Education.

– Applicants must have graduated from general high school or equivalent, or

– Applicants must have completed a vocational certificate in a relevant subject.

2. Applicants must have a cumulative grade point average of not less than 2.00.

3. The weight ratio is as follows:

– 25 percent GPAX

– GAT 35 percent

– PAT 1 20%

– PAT 2 20%

4. Applicants must not have serious contagious diseases or disorders that interfere with the study such as Anti-HAV Igm hepatitis A virus and tuberculosis, as confirmed by a medical certificate.

Note: Applicants who have graduated with a diploma or equivalent can transfer credits or courses according to the regulations of the university.
