Associate Professor Dr. Sukkhum Chaleysub as the Advisor to the President and Suphanburi Campus has organized the activity called “Jip Kafae Lae Khao Lam”. It was a gathering to share information about Khao Lam, or Baked Sticky Rice in Bamboo, including its history, name, ingredients, production process, and storage in each Thai region. The participants in this seminar consisted of university personnel, representatives from the community in Suphanburi, a group of agriculturists’ networks, and a group of villagers who specialized in the knowledge of Khao Lam production. This event was organized both online and on-site using the Zoom Meeting system. The seminar was held in the 3rd-floor conference room of the Center of Excellence in Printing and Packaging, Suan Dusit University, Suphanburi Campus.
