The Research and Development Institute, together with Suphanburi Campus, organized the 4th workshop for farmers’ networks. The goal was to introduce techniques that could improve the quality of melons prior to harvesting, which tends to result in sweeter products. There were lectures to inform people, as well as demonstrations that allowed the farmers to keep their knowledge in practice. This workshop works under the first project of the Safe Agriculture Network as a Sustainable Development Project. Dr. Kawiita Panlumlers, Director, Office at Suphanburi Campus, and Dr. Suchaya Kiatprajak, a researcher at the Research and Development Institute, joined as observers.
