Dr. Waranee Vessoontorntep, Vice President for Suphanburi Campus, attended the ceremony to receive the royal fabric in the style of Nariratana Rajakanya, Khit-pattern silk cloth. Mr. Nattapat Suwanprateep, Governor of Suphanburi Province, and Mrs. Napassorn Suwan Prateep as the Housekeeper of the Interior were the presidents at the ceremony. The people who received the Khit-pattern silk cloth consisted of the deputy governor of Suphanburi Province, the heads of ten districts, and sixty-one representatives of the weaving group. This event took place in front of Her Royal Highness Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya photo. The fabric royally given can be used as a prototype for local weaving and fabric production. It is an idea to develop Thai fabric patterns to make them modern. The place of operation is the Archa Seemok Auditorium, Suphanburi City Hall.
