Dr. Waranee Vessoontorntep, Vice President for Suphanburi Campus, as Chairwoman, officially opened the food sanitation training seminar for food handlers for staff. Dr. Pakpoom Kuprasertying and Dr. Panrapee Iamthaweecharoen, both instructors at Suan Dusit University’s School of Culinary Art, were the keynote speakers. The purpose of the lecture was to provide participants with information on food sanitation and the dangers of unclean and safe water in order to comply with the Ministerial Regulation on Food Distribution Venue Hygiene (B.E. 2018) and to monitor food safety for the year 2022 for faculty, students, and the general public. The seminar took place at the Center for Learning New Systems with Technology as a Media (SDU Library).
